2. Lead Generation and Quotes
Lead Aggregator: TruView is a lead aggregator that connects homeowners with window installers. We do not provide window installation services ourselves.Quotes: When you request a quote through our Services, we will share your information with window installers in your area. These installers may contact you directly to provide quotes and discuss your project. No Endorsement: We do not endorse or recommend any particular window installer. You are responsible for evaluating and selecting the installer that best meets your needs.Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting a quote. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information you provide.
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership: The Services and their content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of TruView or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

As-Is Basis: Our Services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
